Not to be missed
The Food to Go Conference is an annual event that brings together key players in the UK food-to-go market. It is hosted by MCA, providers of leading coverage of the UK’s eating and drinking out market, keeping operators, suppliers and investors informed of the latest industry developments.
The conference features a programme of keynote interviews and insightful discussion from brand leaders on a variety of industry topics, including emerging food-to-go concepts, people and culture, and the industry’s response to COVID. It will also preview highlights from Lumina’s newly launched Food-to-Go Report 2022, including the latest consumer trends and market growth forecasts.
This year’s event features many great guest speakers and panellists, including amongst others:
- Julian Metcalfe OBE, Global CEO of itsu – and who also co-founded Pret in 1986
- Will Stratton-Morris, CEO of Caffè Nero UK
- Glenn Edwards, Managing Director of Leon

Putting on a show at the Food to Go Conference
Flexeserve is advancing how many industries display and deliver hot food. They will be showcasing their game-changing hot-holding units – Flexeserve Zone, the world-leading heated display and Flexeserve Hub, the only unit designed for the booming food delivery market.
Both units are capable of what Flexeserve calls ‘true hot-holding’, where food temperature is maintained, and food quality is maximised for unrivalled hold times.
Those attending the conference will be able to see these units in person and discuss with the Flexeserve team how, together with their all-compassing service Flexeserve Solution, they can transform their hot food operations – or build one from the ground up.
An expert team
Jamie Joyce, CEO of Flexeserve, said:
“Our unique team of hot food-to-go specialists can help customers achieve their goals, lead them through their challenges and enable them to embrace true hot-holding – with extensive culinary, operational and technical expertise.”
The Flexeserve team attending the conference will include:
- Jamie Joyce, CEO

- Billy Eatenton, UK & Ireland Sales Manager
- Kristian Ward, Operations Manager
- Dirk Wissmann, Operational Support & Development Manager
