Dave is President of Flexeserve Inc., responsible for overseeing and developing our presence in North, Central and South America. With his extensive experience in the foodservice equipment industry and unique vision, Dave supports our existing accounts and identifies new markets. This means we can help more operators to sell more and waste less hot food.

Mick is the world-leading design engineer in heated air cycle technologies for heated display units. Mick has 30 years of experience in designing and innovating the company’s international product range, culminating in the Flexeserve family of foodservice equipment. This creation of unique patented technologies is the result of a passion for ingenuity and product evolution that is pioneering the solutions available to the worldwide foodservice industry.

As our Director of Customer Experience, Warwick is responsible for all Sales and Marketing functions and the entire customer interface. Formerly our in-house Development Chef, Warwick has helped make the Flexeserve customer experience what it is today. He brings with him an extensive knowledge of food types, packaging materials, consumer demands and a strong understanding of operational challenges – ensuring you receive a comprehensive service.

As Head of Customer Development, Holly is responsible for developing new and existing business in the UK, as well as identifying new routes to market. With over 15 years of sales experience in the foodservice industry, Holly is highly effective at nurturing customer relationships and providing each customer with the right equipment.

As Head of Culinary, JP helps demonstrate to Flexeserve’s customers what’s possible with true hot-holding. Drawing on his wide-ranging culinary expertise, he’s responsible for all aspects of food development, bringing fresh ideas to life for new menus, food testing and packaging. Well versed in high-performance kitchens, JP previously worked as Retail Development Chef for YO! Sushi, where he pioneered the brand’s hot food-to-go concept from the ground up.

With over 10 years of culinary experience and field consultancy for quick-serve restaurants, Chris can help you create and hot-hold a wide range of incredible hot food, all whilst achieving total operational efficiency.

Dirk collaborates with and assists our customers in improving their operational processes. Before his role at Flexeserve, Dirk had worked at the pioneers of grab and go, Pret A Manger, for 23 years. In that time, Dirk progressed from his role within the New Shop Openings team to Senior Equipment Manager and was fundamental in the evolution of Pret’s hot food operation.

Barbara supports our export function and our international distributors by managing requirements, shipments and documentation. Barbara ensures that your experience as an international Flexeserve distributor or customer runs as smoothly as possible. This includes handling the full range of export documentation, including commercial invoices, shipping notes and certificates of origin, as well as managing customs clearance.
