As EMEA Key Account Manager at Flexeserve, Kristian is responsible for managing key customer accounts in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. With his extensive experience in operations, Kristian is also well placed to support our network of distributors within this region.

As Head of Customer Development, Holly is responsible for developing new and existing business in the UK and Ireland, as well as identifying new routes to market. With over 15 years of sales experience in the foodservice industry, Holly is highly effective at nurturing customer relationships and providing each customer with the right equipment.

As our Director of Customer Experience, Warwick is responsible for all Sales and Marketing functions and the entire customer interface. Formerly our in-house Development Chef, Warwick has helped make the Flexeserve customer experience what it is today. He brings with him an extensive knowledge of food types, packaging materials, consumer demands and a strong understanding of operational challenges – ensuring you receive a comprehensive service.

As Head of Culinary, JP helps demonstrate to Flexeserve’s customers what’s possible with true hot-holding. Drawing on his wide-ranging culinary expertise, he’s responsible for all aspects of food development, bringing fresh ideas to life for new menus, food testing and packaging. Well versed in high-performance kitchens, JP previously worked as Retail Development Chef for YO! Sushi, where he pioneered the brand’s hot food-to-go concept from the ground up.

As Customer Development & Culinary Support Specialist at Flexeserve, Chris supports our team in the delivery of Flexeserve Solution, providing hot-holding expertise to help you refine your menu, recipes, cook processes and food packaging. With over 10 years of culinary experience and field consultancy for quick-serve restaurants, Chris can help you create and hot-hold a wide range of incredible hot food, all whilst achieving total operational efficiency.

Dirk collaborates with and assists our customers in improving their operational processes. Before his role at Flexeserve, Dirk had worked at the pioneers of grab and go, Pret A Manger, for 23 years. In that time, Dirk progressed from his role within the New Shop Openings team to Senior Equipment Manager and was fundamental in the evolution of Pret’s hot food operation.

Dave is President of Flexeserve Inc., responsible for overseeing and developing our presence in the Americas. With his extensive experience in the foodservice equipment industry and unique vision, Dave supports our existing accounts and identifies new markets. This means we can help more operators to sell more and waste less hot food.

In collaboration with the UK team, Rachel supports Flexeserve in the Americas by delivering a seamless 24-hour service. She manages day-to-day operations and strategic relationships with customers, reps and dealers.

Rachel draws on a wealth of logistics experience and industry insight from past roles at OTR and PepsiCo, identifying Flexeserve’s customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
