Flexeserve makes UK’s leading provider of OEM parts its ‘First Choice’
As demand for our products continues to rise, we are enhancing our aftersales customer service for parts ordering and delivery.
We have selected First Choice Group as our chosen partner for the fulfilment of parts supply for our industry-leading hot-holding equipment to customers in the UK and selected overseas markets.
This is the latest move in a strategic vision to make Flexeserve’s operations more efficient and effective – delivering an even better experience for our customers, distributors, and service and maintenance partners.

In addition to next-day delivery as standard, they offer UK customers a range of timed services as well as specialised solutions – such as ByBox, PUDO (PickUp DropOff), in-boot service – the ability to deliver straight into the back of an engineer’s van – and, of course, click & collect from their dedicated trade counter.
This will also support our international distributor partners with more cost-effective same-day shipping services.
